My experience with the Meditation program by UNESCO BMW has been nothing short of life changing. Amid my busy student life, my daily meditation sessions have become sort of a haven where I can give myself time to relax. What is most interesting is that the effects are not felt just mentally, but physically my body was gradually feeling better, as if recharged after finishing my sessions. To add to that, meditation has made it possible for me to be able to understand my feelings better and how to deal or respond to it. Overall, I’m grateful for this experience and 1000% encourage everyone to try it, just once, you’ll see how much it affects you and starts to find yourself indulged in it.
