Teens Can Meditate




Objectives

- 
Promote mental and emotional wellness among middle and high school youth.

- 
Provide an accessible meditation practice that is scientific, evidence-based, free of cost, and inclusive.

- 
Build life skills such as self-awareness, concentration, empathy, and resilience. 
​
- 
Encourage a spirit of collectivity and global citizenship, aligning with UNESCO's values. 
​
- 
Offer participants 60 volunteer service hours from UNESCO Body & Mind Wellness as part of our growth journey. 
Our Mission
Our mission is to promote Mental & Emotional Wellness through simple and easy meditative practices of Sahaja Yoga.
UNESCO Body and Mind Wellness is a club that is a part of the Federation of UNESCO Clubs and Associates in USA and is also a member of Civil Society Organization.
Its mission is to promote and to put into action programs that help raise a new generation of peacemakers, to create the conditions for dialogue among civilizations, cultures and peoples, based upon respect for commonly shared values.
