At Teens Can Meditate, we believe that the youth of today possess extraordinary potential—but navigating the modern world isn't always easy. From academic demands to the constant noise of social media, middle school, high school, and college students face unprecedented levels of stress.

Our mission is simple yet profound: to empower young people with the mental, emotional, and spiritual tools they need to find balance, build resilience, and unlock their true potential. Through the transformative and time-tested practices of Sahaja Yoga, we offer students a path to a calmer mind, a sharper focus, and a healthier life.

Our programs are primarily research-oriented, developed and refined in collaboration with leading universities and professors across the globe. We are dedicated to providing a meditation practice that is scientific, evidence-based, entirely free of cost, and completely inclusive.

What We Aim to Achieve

Through our specialized stress-relief and emotional wellness sessions, we actively work to solve the unique challenges teenagers face today. Our holistic approach focus on four core pillars:

  • Mental & Emotional Wellness: Providing immediate tools for stress relief, anxiety management, and emotional regulation.
  • Life Skill Development: Fostering innate qualities like self-awareness, concentration, empathy, and resilience to help students succeed in and out of the classroom.
  • Global Citizenship: Nurturing a spirit of collectivity, oneness, and compassion, in alignment with the core values of Sahaja Yoga.
  • Community Contribution: Supporting students' academic and personal growth by offering 60 verified volunteer service hours for participating in our research studies.
